A suggestion for user feedback. If you build a standard library widget that covers each item you need to know about a user’s error, you can place that into any web application you make. For example, things like current page, current logged in user and target link/button will be available without asking the user. The items you then need to capture, are simple notes fields like “what were you doing before you had a problem?”, “what did you see?”, etc. to paint a clearer picture with specific questions. Then, all you need to do it connect a lightbox.js to a text link called “Report an error” to launch your standard widget, overlaying the current window.
This library widget can be reusable in any web app you build and would be highly useful in early betas.

It would also be interesting, probably impossible, if we could generate a screenshot of the page as the user sees it which would then be submitted.
